On behalf of the General, following is information received from International Headquarters in regards to appointment changes and promotions:

EFFECTIVE 1 JULY 2008

COLONELS ROBIN AND SHONA FORSYTH, officers of the United Kingdom Territory currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries in the New Zealand, Fiji & Tonga Territory, are appointed to International Headquarters. Colonel Robin Forsyth is appointed as International Secretary for Programme Resources. Colonel Shona Forsyth is appointed as IHQ Chaplain and City of London Liaison Officer. They will be promoted to the rank of commissioner on 1 and 2 July 2008 respectively.

LT. COLONELS DONALD AND DEBORA BELL, officers of the USA Western Territory currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries in that territory, are appointed to the New Zealand, Fiji & Tonga Territory. Lt. Colonel Donald Bell is appointed as Chief Secretary, New Zealand, Fiji & Tonga Territory, and Lt. Colonel Debora Bell as Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries.

LT. COLONELS WILLIAM AND SUSAN HARFOOT, officers of the USA Central Territory currently serving respectively as Territorial Secretary for Personnel and Officer Resource and Development Secretary in that territory, are appointed to the USA Western Territory. Lt. Colonel William Harfoot is appointed as Chief Secretary, USA Western Territory, and Lt. Colonel Susan Harfoot as Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries.

COLONELS JAYAPAUL AND YESUDAYAMMA DEVARAPALLI, officers of the India Central Territory currently serving as territorial leaders of the India Eastern Territory, are appointed as territorial leaders of the India South-western Territory. Colonel Jayapaul Devarapalli is appointed as Territorial Commander, India South-western Territory, and Colonel Yesudayamma Devarapalli as Territorial President of Women's Ministries. They succeed Commissioners Chimanbhai and Rahelbai Waghela who will be retiring from active service.

LT. COLONELS SAMUEL AND BIMLA CHARAN, officers of the India Northern Territory currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries in the India South-western Territory, are appointed as territorial leaders of the India Eastern Territory. Lt. Colonel Samuel Charan is appointed as Territorial Commander, India Eastern Territory, and Lt. Colonel Bimla Charan as Territorial President of Women's Ministries. They take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel.

LT. COLONELS MASILAMONY AND T. SATHIABAMA PONNIAH, officers of the India South-eastern Territory currently serving respectively as HRD Secretary and Retired Officers' Secretary in that territory, are appointed to the India South-western Territory. Lt. Colonel Masilamony Ponniah is appointed as Chief Secretary, India South-western Territory and Lt. Colonel T. Sathiabama Ponniah as Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries.

COLONELS M.Y. EMMANUEL AND T. REGINA CHANDRA BAI, officers of the India South-eastern Territory currently serving as territorial leaders of the India Central Territory, are promoted to the rank of commissioner respectively on 3 and 4 July 2008.
